David Evans presented at the Future Dispute Resolution conference hosted by the American Arbitration Association and CodeX at Stanford Law School last month. The conference brought together the world’s foremost dispute resolution experts to explore how technological advancements and generative artificial intelligence (AI) could revolutionize resolving disputes. David’s presentation “AI-Enhanced Dispute Triage and Resolution Pathways” examined the future of dispute resolution and explored the benefits of moving to AI-enhanced dispute triage and resolution pathways. David noted the current dispute resolution process can be confusing for users, time-consuming, costly and a one-size-fits-all approach; whereas the AI-enhanced pathway provides a personalized, efficient, and user-friendly approach and reduces the time and cost associated with dispute resolution by steering cases toward the most appropriate and efficient methods.
